At Living in Victory Christian Church, our commitment is to serve the whole person with a spirit of excellence. Driven by evangelism, our mission revolves around spreading the gospel, teaching the Word of God, and fostering discipleship in the name of Jesus Christ.
Our Origins
Our journey began in 1986 with a small storefront on Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa, Florida, which became the first home of Deeper Life Soul Winners Church. With just thirty members and the steadfast leadership of Bishop M.B. & Dr. Brenda Jefferson, the church began to flourish.
Embracing Victory
In spring 1993, our congregation moved to a renovated facility on Nebraska Avenue, which now serves as the national headquarters for Deeper Life Christian Church, House of David Help Centers, and World Assemblies Fellowship International. With their hearts set on winning souls, Bishop M.B. and Dr. Brenda Jefferson have established over 70 churches across the United States, Africa, Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond.
Our second local edifice, 'Living in Victory Christian Church,' now stands proudly in
Valrico, Florida. Built on the principles of God's Word, every church led by
Bishop MB & Dr. Brenda Jefferson upholds the values of the Book, Chapter & Verse, and
the unadulterated Word of God/holiness. This undenominational foundation
guides believers in their daily walk with Christ.
Our aim is to empower individuals to live in victory, equipped with the Word of God
to navigate their daily challenges. We are dedicated to uplifting those battling
addictions, despair, hopelessness, and all forms of sin. We believe in deliverance,
healing through laying on of hands, and transforming minds with God's Word to help
each person reach their full potential in Christ.
